		<description>Yeah, as far as I can tell, the general population of most industrial countries are far more global in their knowledge and education that the typical US citizen. I think we are much too interested in ourselves to even care. Of course, that means it's already too late... time to learn Mandarin.</description>

		<description>I am honestly quite anxious to see how education works in Ukraine.  I wonder if a 3rd/2nd world country does a better job than we do.  I do know they have a 99.7% literacy rate.  When I told dad, he said, "So they're smarter than we are, huh?"</description>
